Behind The Lens
Hello, my name is Stephen. You can try to say my last name, but I probably will say “you’re close enough”. It’s not you, it’s me, I promise. In 2013, I moved to the U.S. to join my family, and to continue my education. I joined the U.S. Army the same year, and did life with my brothers and sisters until the summer of 2020.
I met my wonderful wife (who is also my photography assistant) on Facebook through a mutual friend while I was on a deployment. We clicked (camera flash*), and after a year and a half, we got married! I developed a passion for photography during the same deployment, and I have enjoyed capturing beautiful images since then. We welcomed our first child in June of 2024! A bundle of joy he’s been since his first breath!
